By virtue of a Judgment and Order of Sale entered in Bath Circuit Court on 17 February
2012 and Order to Reschedule Sale entered on 17 January 2013, to raise the sum of $70,827.82, interest, fees, and the
costs of sale, I will expose for sale to the highest and best bidder at the Courthouse door, in Owingsville, Bath County,
Kentucky, on Saturday, 20 April 2013, at the hour of 12 noon, the following described property:
A certain parcel of tract of land lying and being in Bath County, Kentucky, on the Riddle Road and described more
particularly to as follows, to-wit:
Beginn!ng in the Southwest corner of this property, corner to Riddle Road and Robin Warren property; thence extend-
ing in a northerly direction along property line of Robin Warren a distance of 150 feet to a set stake; thence extending
in an easterly direction along other property of Robin Warren a distance of 125 feet to a set stake; thence extending in
a southerly direction along property of Billy Iewell a distance of 150 feet to a set stake; thence extending in a westerly
direction and running parallel to Riddle Road a distance of 125 feet to the point of beginning.

BEING THE SAME PROPERTY conveyed to James Bowling and Lisa Bowling, husband and wife, from James D. War-
ren and Beverly Warren, husband and wife, on March 8, 1991 and recorded on March 11, 1991 in Deed Book 168, page
256 of the records of the Bath County Clerk's Office.
This property is sold subject to all real estate taxes, easements, and off-sales of record; and
reference is hereby made to the o$ce of the Bath County Clerk.
The terms of the sale shall be one:third (1/3) cash or check at the time of sale and the bal-
lmce on credit of thirty (30) days with privilege of the successful bidder to pay in full at the time of sale. The success-
ful bidder requesting credit must execute bond with approved surety bearing interest at the rate of twelve (12%) per
annum from date of sale until paid, which bond shall have the full force a~d effect of a Judgment and should execution
be issued thereon, no replevy shall be allowed. A lien shall exist and shall be retained by the Commissioner on the
