LUCY IKER STOCKDALE NANCY KAY CUNNINGHAM MORAN JEWELL EASTON NEWKIRK
Lucy Iker Stockdale, 91,
of Prewitt Pike, Mt. Ster-
ling, Kentucky, passed
away Saturday, April 16,
2016 at her residence. She
was born in Montgom-
ery County, Kentucky on
March 24, 1925 the daugh-
ter of the late Joe and Ber-
tha Abner Iker. She was a
former employee of A O.
Smith, a homemaker and
a member of the Somer-
set Christian Church. She
was the widow of Stanley
Stockdale, Sr. She is sur-
vived by three sons, Stan-
ley (Tamala) Stockdale,
Jr. of Mt. Sterling, Ronald
Lee (Penny) Stockdale of
Salt Lick, KY, Anthoney E.
(Mary Littleton) Stockdale
of Mt. Sterling; five sis-
ters, Maudie Parker, Nel-
lie Bellamy, Nettie Center
and Lillie Story all of Mt.
Sterling and Mae Rose of
Means, KY. In addition to
her parents and husband,
she was preceded in death
by a son, Michael Stock-
dale; three brothers, Bob
Iker, John Iker and George
Iker; and four sisters, Bes-
sie Rader, Ann Vivian, Vir-
ginia Iker and Mina Iker.
Funeral services were held
on Wednesday, April 20,
2016 at the Taul Funeral
Home Chapel with Rev.
Bush Stevenson officiat-
ing and burial followed in
the Machpelah Cemetery.
Visitation was held, on
Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at
the Taul Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Matthew
Stockdale, Nathan Stock-
dale, Terry Stockdale and
Ronald Stockdale.
JAMES COURTNEY STATON
age 93, of Winchester, Ky.
formerly of Sudith, Ky.
passed away Monday, April
11, 2016 after a brief illness.
He was born July 6, 1922
in Frenchburg, Ky., a son
of the late William Taylor
Staton and Valarie Whitt
Staton. He was a W.W.II.
Army Medic, and a retired
State Highway Foreman
and farmer. He accepted
the Lord Jesus Christ as
his Savior.

Surviving is two children,

Larry Webb, age 52, of
Black Lane, Soldier, passed
away Monday, April 18,
2016, at his home.
He was born February
1, 1964, in Paris, Kentucky,
a son of the late Willie and
Lillian Keanten Webb. Be-
sides his parents, he was
preceded in death by five
siblings, Randy, Bennie,
Billy Joe, LeRoy and Linda.
Larry is survived by his
wife of 22 years, Nioka
Sue Middleton Webb; two
Nancy Kay Cunningham
Moran, wife of Donald Mo-
ran, of Owingsville, passed
away Wednesday, April 13,
2016. She was a 74 year
old native of Elizabeth,
West Virginia, daughter of
the late Charly and Velma
Williams Cunningham, a
homemaker and member
of the First Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband,
she i's survived by a daugh-
ter, Kristen (Matt) Willis of
Minnesota, two grandsons,
Kyle and Nathan Willis, a
son Derek (Tonya) Moran
of Texas, and a sister, Betty
Murray. She was preceded
in death by three Brothers,
Don Cunningham, Ken
Cunningham, and Dick
Shively. Visitation and Fu-
neral services were held
on Monday, April 18, 2016
at First Baptist Church,
with burial in Machpelah
Cemetery.
DWAYNE MOORE
Dwayne Moore, 65, of
Old Campus Road, French-
burg, Kentucky passed
away Sunday, April 17, 2016
at his residence. He was
born in Detroit, Michigan
on June 20, 1950 the son of
the late William and Myrtle
Jean Harelson Moore. He
was a retired painter and
paper hanger and was the
widower of Rhonda Bishop
Moore.
He is survived by two
daughters, Darcey Moore
and Dorinda Moore both of
Frenchburg, KY; a brother,
Dennis Bell of Massachu-
setts; four grandchildren
and three great grandchil-
dren also survive.
A 'private family service
will be held at a later time
by the family. Taul Funeral
Homes are in charge of ar-
rangements.
