Sterlhlg, Ken- tucky passed away Tues- day, May 12, 2015 at the St.Joseph-Mt. Sterling Hospital. She was born in Clark County, Kentucky on March 2, 2015 the daugh- ter of Tabetha Craig and Curtis Adams. In addition to her par- ents, she is survived by a brother, Weston Jay Adams of Mt. Sterling, KY; a sister, Karleigh Elizabeth Adams of Mt. Sterling; grandpar- ents, Emery Craig of Mt. Sterling,. Gary (Debra) Adams of Winchester, KY and Melodie Dunn of Mti Sterling; and great grand- parents, Lenora Adams of Winchester, KY and Effie Craig of Mt. Sterling. Funeral Services will be 10:30 AM, Monday, May 18, 2015 at the Taul Fu- neral Home Chapel with Rev. Robbie Conn officiat- ing and burial following in the Machpelah Cemetery. Friends may visit Sunday evening from 5-7 PM at the Taul Funeral Home. JOHN GORDON SMITH 88, of Amos Ridge Road, Frenchburg, Kentucky passed away Saturday, (Steve) Wells and Deann (Charles) Hurley; one son, David (Debbie) Smith; three sisters, Florene Ear- lyvine, Opal Armitage and Gall Mullins; six grand- children and six great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death one brother and four sisters. Visitation was held on Monday, May 18, 2015 at the Bethel Baptist Church. Carolyn was born Febru- ary 16, 1934 in Bath County to the late John Burns & Nellie Frances Campbell Gilvin. Along with her late husband, Robert S. "Bobby" Crockett, she owned Crock- ett's IGA in Carlisle for more than 55 years and was the owner of Crockett Farms. She was a 50 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Marie Chapter, and a longtime member of the Carlisle Christian Church.
