News Outlook VFW Post 7497 retires flags submitted by Jacob Snedegar Bath County Memorial-VFW Post 7497 retired over 85 flags on Monday, May 3| , Memorial Day. The Forest is partner- ing with Kentucky Depart- ment of Fish and Wildlife Resources, US. Army Corps of Engineers, Ken- tucky Transportation Cabi- net District 10 and private contractors to repair and rehabilitate sections of In- dian Creek damaged by severe weather in early 2021. August 1 to October 1 (projected) Indian Creek Road 9B will be closed to motor vehicles from a temporary gate located midway through the dis- persed camping area to the low-water crossing. Visi- tors will be able to access the first'set' of dispersed campsites. Pedestrian, bi- cycle, & equestrian travel is discouraged due to fre- quent construction traffic and heavy equipment use in the project area. This project will be ac- complished with In-Lieu- Fee Trust Funds through the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Re- sources. Private contrac- tors will conduct the project work. (“Delta”) is seeking approval by the Kentucky Public Service Commission to increase the gas service revenues by $9,135,170 on an annual basis, which is approximately 18.6%, and for a Certificate of Public Convenience of Necessity. The proposed annual revenue increases by customer classification are: Residential - $4,802,026 (21.1%); Small Non-Residential $1,354,251 (19.4%); Large Non-Residential — $2,384,550 (20.6%); lnterruptible Service — $ ~24 (0%); Transportation — On System Utilization/Special Contracts $117,711 (33.2%); Transportation — Off System Utilization $413,652 (15.3%); Farm Tap - $63,004,.(2.9%). Detta is also including a $150.00 installation fee and $25.00 reconnection fee for its farm tap customers. Delta is also proposing to merge the Gas Cost Recovery adjustment that applies to its farm tap customers into the Gas Cost Recovery adjustment that applies to all other rate classes subject to a gas cost adjustment. Delta is proposing revisions to its line extension tariff.
