der to Reschedule Master Commissioner Sale entered 25 May 2012, to raise the sum of $59,878.93, interest, fees, and the costs
of sale, I will expose for sale to the highest and best bidder at the Courthouse door, in Owingsville, Bath County, Kentucky, on
Saturday, 21 July 2012, at the hour of 12 noon, the following described property:
That certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in Bath County, Kentuc, on the west side of the
Convict Road and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center of the Convict Road, North 32 degrees & 00 minutes East 124.4 feet;
North 28 degrees & 00 minutes East 561.0 feet and North 42 degrees & 00 minutes East 103.0 feet from
Melvin Crouch's line, a comer to Sam Vice; thence leaving said mad and running with the line of Vice
North 48 degrees & 00 minutes West 175.0 feet; North 42 degrees & 00 minutes East 125.0 feet and South
48 degrees & 00 minutes East 175.0 feet to a Point in the center of the Convict Road; thence with the
center of the road South 42 degrees & 00 minutes West 125.0 feet to the point of beginning and containing
0.50 acres more or less.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY conveyed to Teri Cline, by deed dated 12 September 1984, from Sam
Vice and Anne S. Vice, husband and wife, and recorded in Deed Book 155, Page 434 in the Bath County
Clerk's Office. Terri Cline and her husband, Donnie K. Cline, conveyed the property to themselves, with
right of survivorship, by deed dated I0 October 1984, of record in Deed Book 155, Page 564, of the Bath
County Clerk's office.
This property is sold subject to all real estate taxes, easements, and off-sales of record; and reference is hereby made to the office
of e Bath County Clerk.
The terms of the sale shall be une-third (1/3) cash or check at the time of sale and the balance on credit of thirty (30) days with
privilege of the successful bidder to pay in full at the time of sale. The successful bidder requesting credit must execute bond
with approved surety bearing interest at the rate of twelve (12%) per annum from date of sale until paid, which bond shall have
the full force and effect of a Judgment and should execution be issued thereon, no replevy shall be allowed. A lien shall exist
