and Martha said.
D&M Variety Store truly

paintings and pictures,
glassware, collectables and
a wide variety, of beauti-
ful furniture and antique

week.

door, our goal is to make

ters." Martha said.

four children and four
grandchildren.

Natalie Whirr is this
week's senior spotlight.
Nataiie isn't entirely sure
what school she'll be at-
tending after high school
but currently she'd think
the University of Kentucky.
She plans on double major-
ing in broadcast journalism
and political science. After
finishing out her degree
there she plans on law
school as well.
Extracurricular Activi-
ties: STLP, FBLA, FCA,
FCCLA, Students against
destructive decisions
(SADD), Strategic Gam-
ing, Governor Scholar
Program, Daughters of
the American Revolution
(DAR), World Language
Club, Andy Barr Youth
Ambassador Program, and
the Golf Team. She attends
the Owingsville Christian
Church.
Whenever asked about
time at BCHS
had this to say, "I've really
enjoyed my time here but
I can't deny I'm excited
about starting this new
chapter in my life soon!"

CITY OF SHARBSBURG, KENTUCKY, AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE PROP-
ERTY TAX RATE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 014.
"Ihe City Commission of the City of Sharpsburg, Kentucky does ordain as follows:
Pursuant to authority granted under Kentuclq," Revised Statutes, the City Commis-
sion of the City" of Sharpsburg, K)< does hereby set the tbllowing tax rates tbr the
calendar year of 2014:
1. qae sum of .293 cents per $100 assessed valuation on all teal property (real estate),
assessment date behag January 1, 2014.
2. The sum of .293 cents per $100 assessed valuation on all tangible personal prop-
erty assessment date being January 1, 2014.
3. The sum of 28 cents per $160 assessed valuation on all motor vehicles and water-
craft located within the City, of Sharpsburg, Ky.
4. A discount of 2 (percent) will be granted on all tax bills paid on or before 11-30-
2014.
5. All tax bills not paid on or before 12-31-2014 will become delinquent on 1-31-
2015. All delinquent bills will bear a penalty of 6 (percent) from 2-1-2015. All
delinquent bills will bear 21 (percent) interest per annum from 2-1-2015.
]his ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately after its adoption and
publication as required by lay,:
