Isaac Shane Flannery was born September 8, 2003, at Mary Chiles Hospital. He weighed 8 lbs., 2 ozs. and was 19.25 inches long at birth. Maternal grandparents are Bobby and Elwanda Cline, of Salt Lick. Maternal great-grandparents are Lawrence, Jr. and Lorena Arnett, of Morehead, and Ethel Cline, of Owingsville and the late Charles Cline. Paternal grandparents are Mitchell and Becky Flannery, of Kimmell, Indiana. Paternal great-grandparents are Faye and Marcella Brown and Frances Flannery, of Olympia, and the late Arlie Isaac Shane Flannery Flannery. Isaac has one sister, Myk- enzie Flannery, 3. ::7: :Zi?&gt;ii=!i!il Amburgey honored m Donna Amburgey, of Mt. Sterling, was honored as Distinguished Citizen of the Year, at the Mt. Sterling/Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce Banquet, held at the Community Clay Center, November 6,2003. Mrs. Amburgey was honored for her community sevice. She is the daughter of Mrs. Frances Maze and the late Buford Maze, of Salt Lick. Mark Ledford, of Mt. Sterling National Bank, made the presentation. (photo cour- tesy of the Mt. She was born October 23, 2003, at the St. Claire Regional Medical Center and weighed 9 lbs., 4 ozs. Karalyne was welcomed home by big brothers Nathan Randall and Landan Vincent. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Ratliff Ratliffs celebrate 50th wedding anniversary November 27 Bill and Virginia Ratliff cele- brated their 50th wedding anniver- sary, November 27, 2003. They were married November 27,1953, in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Their children are Billy Keith Ratliff and ]Saula Ratliff Pfister; grandchildren are Audrey Dale and Nicholas Pfister, and Ratliff, and their dau Lynn Potter Ratliff.
