The float sponsored by Walker Construction and Greenscapes, had the three wise men,
ngels and lots of Christmas trees and groups gathering around for a holly, jolly Christmas in
aturday's annual Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade. The parade is sponsored by the
:t)wingsville/Bath County Chamber of Commerce and traditionally kicks off the season the first

It has become a tradition
for many years for the
Morehead Shriners to partic-
ipate in the annual C of C
Christmas Parade in
Owingsville. Since a number
of Shriners are from Bath
County, the group has
become a more regular part
of the event with their ultra-
short bugs and extra-long
limos as well. The members
bring a light-hearted style to
the parade with their uncon-

Greg Lykins, narrated a very touching Christmas story at Sunday's Owingsville
Club sponsored event entitled "A Bath County Christmas." Providing background
to the story on guitar, was Jacob Hawkins.
